Should I take cannabis THC pills to help me?

There is evidence to support the use of cannabis for:

  • chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting
  • chronic pain individuals who have tried all other suitable alternatives
  • spasticity from multiple sclerosis
  • there is not strong evidence to support their use with epilepsy
  • there is VERY LOW quality evidence for: hepatitic C, HIV depression and insomnia, glaucoma, ALS, crohns or parkinson’s

Legal does not equal safe. There are many things that are legal but unsafe. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, or inattention, low motivation, cannabis will not help.

Is marijuana safe?

As THC concentration increases, the risk of the following increases:

  • Paranoia
  • Anxiety and Panic
  • Hallucinations
  • Erratic mood swings
  • Aggressive behavior
  • Psychotic disorders

For example, common marijuana flowers contain about twenty percent potency, but dabs contain approximately seventy percent THC potency.
