Connecticut requires insurance parity for telehealth
Under CT General Statute 38a, Sec. 499a, health insurance policies must cover telehealth services to the same extent as in-person visits, including psychiatric evaluations, therapy, and follow-ups. Coverage can't be denied simply because care wasn't delivered face-to-face.
