What's included

What this service covers

Good medication management is careful and evidence-based. We focus on safe treatment at the lowest effective dose, with regular check-ins to track progress and adjust as you go — and in Illinois, Texas and Florida, where you can see both, your prescriber and therapist coordinate as one care team. In Arizona, California, Connecticut, Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota and New York, our care is psychiatric: evaluation, diagnosis and medication management.

Personalized medication management

A board-certified prescriber reviews your history and symptoms, then builds a plan around evidence-based medications, starting with non-controlled options where they work as well. We focus on the lowest effective dose and minimizing side effects.

Icon

Individual therapy

In Illinois, Texas and Florida, therapists licensed or registered to treat patients there offer a confidential space to work through what you're facing, using proven approaches like CBT, DBT, and ACT tailored to your goals.

Coordinated, ongoing support

Follow-up visits track how you're responding, fine-tune your plan, and address concerns. Refills and reviews happen from home — no commute, no waiting room.

FAQ

Common questions about Medication management

Do you prescribe controlled substances like Adderall or Xanax?
In some states, yes. Our providers are DEA-registered in California, Illinois, Florida, and New York and prescribe controlled medications there when clinically appropriate; in our other states we work with non-controlled options. Either way we start from what the evidence supports for your condition — and in Illinois, Texas and Florida we can pair medication with therapy when that fits your goals.
Is everything done online?
Yes. All visits are conducted by secure video, with messaging and follow-ups between appointments. Our psychiatric providers are licensed or registered to treat patients in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, and Texas, and our therapists see patients only in Illinois, Texas and Florida.
How soon can I be seen?
Most new patients are seen within the week. After a quick intake and insurance check, we match you with a provider and schedule your first visit. You can also call us at (888) 730-5220.
Can I do both medication management and therapy?
Yes, in Illinois, Texas and Florida — and many patients there do. Your prescriber and therapist work as one care team, coordinating medication and therapy under a single, evidence-based plan rather than treating them as separate services.
